摘要：

十五大作出高举邓小平理论旗帜的战略性抉择，认为在当代中国只有邓小平理论才能解决社会主义的前途和命运问题。政治的坚定性来自理论的坚定性，学术界只有顺应实践提出的要求，加强对邓小平理论的研究，才能使人们正确理解、掌握和运用邓小平理论，才能使它指导现代化建设的功效得到充分发挥。这里，首要的研究课题是如何把握邓小平理论的科学体系。然而，目前的研究状况同人们学习和宣传邓小平理论的需要有较大差距，这就是促使本文产生的动因。

全文共分四个部分：

第一部分回顾了邓小平理论科学体系的研究情况。这里对学术界构造该理论体系的方法进行了归纳，对体系内各部分的研究状况做了分析，从而总结出现在研究中存在的不足，由此给本文提出了任务。

第二部分目的在于思考对邓小平理论科学体系进行研究的范式。在此，首先对科学理论体系的含义及形成标准进行界定，文章按照“体系”的语言学意义和系统论方法提出了判定体系形成与否的标准。马克思主义、列宁主义、毛泽东思想等科社经典理论体系显然符合这个标准，在此基础上对它们做了比较分析，找出了三者间的异同点。

第三部分是本文的论述重点，主要是对邓小平理论科学体系进行了结构分析、比较分析。文章首先用前文提出的标准来衡量邓小平理论，认为它完全满足了其中的限制条件，已形成科学体系。本部分还认为邓小平理论体系的结构由哲学基础、理论原理、战略策略原理三个层次构成。哲学基础是有关解放思想，实事求是的理论；理论原理和战略策略原理因其中所包含理论观点的生命力和普适性的不同而划定。最后，经过比较分析邓小平理论与科社经典理论体系，认为邓小平理论是马克思主义在当代的新发展。

第四部分对邓小平理论体系做了前瞻性研究。本部分由两个内容组成，其一是邓小平理论体系特点的考察，特点有四个，如对中心主题论证的充分性等；其二是该理论开放体系的发展瞻望，文中对邓小平理论的一些观点初步做了前景性分析。

全文约27,000字。

Abstract:

ory. This requires us to heighten studying Deng Theory to understand、grasp and use it correctly. Then the most important thing is how to grasp its scientific system. Contrasting to the present situation of studying Deng Theory, we still have a long way to go. This thesis is based on what mentioned above.

The thesis consists of four parts:

The thesis reviews the studying processes of Dengxiaoping Theory’s System in Part Ⅰ. It summarizes the ways in which people construct the System, and analyses the studying situation to every part of the System. Basing on the deficiencies of past research, some new tasks are stated in the thesis.

Part Ⅱ,it considers the paradigm of the System. Here, it defines the content of the Scientific System and its formulated criterion at first. When does so, it explains the word “System” and applies the methods of the System Theory. Obviously, the systems of Scientific Socialism Classic Theories, such as Marxism、Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought, conform the criterion. After that, these systems are comparatively analysed to find out something in common and the disparities.

Part Ⅲ, it analyses Deng Theory. At first, it judges Deng Theory with the criterion mentioned above, so it can draw a conclusion that Deng Theory is a well-knit scientific system. Second, its structure is made up of philosophical foundation、basic principles、strategic and tactical principles. The philosophical foundation is about the theories of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts. According to the vitality and universality of the ideas included in principles, the others viewpoints are divided into basic principles、strategic and tactical principles. Third, it comparatively analyses the systems between Deng Theory and Scientific Socialism Classic Theories.

Part Ⅳ, it looks forward to Deng Theory. This part is made up of two contents. One is the peculiarities of Deng Theory, the other is the prospects for the opening Deng Theory.

The thesis is about 27,000 words.

中共十五大报告指出：“在当代中国，只有把马克思主义同当代中国实践和时代特征结合起来的邓小平理论，而没有别的理论能够解决社会主义的前途和命运问题。邓小平理论是当代中国的马克思主义，是马克思主义在中国发展的新阶段。”这是我党走上跨世纪新征程伊始所做出的历史性决断，高举邓小平理论的旗帜不动摇已成为我们取得更大成就的保障。但是人们对邓小平理论的认识水平不尽一致，有时甚至在一些根本问题上意见相左。因此，需要加强研究，在理论上力求形成共识。这里，首要的研究课题就是如何把握邓小平理论的科学体系。加强对邓小平理论体系的研究，有利于推进马克思主义从现实到理论的演进，从而使马克思主义更具时代气息和生机活力。因为从本质上讲，马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论是一个统一的科学体系。而且，理论研究的全部意义在于指导实践。政治的坚定性来自理论的坚定性，有了坚实的理论功底，又有坚定的理论信仰，才能做到政治上不动摇，做到高举邓小平理论的旗帜不动摇。我们研究和掌握邓小平理论的科学体系，归根到底是为了提高贯彻执行党的路线方针的自觉性和坚定性。本文将本着实事求是的态度，以任何理论都不会穷尽真理为原则，试图对邓小平理论的体系进行研究，以期提出有一定创意的看法。
